For a buyer, I  help determine what kind of home is going to fit your needs and wants, where the best locations and neighborhoods are, preview and show you those homes.  When we find your home, I prepare all the paperwork, negotiate the offer, stand by your side during the home inspection, work with the bank on your loan and appraisal, work with the escrow company to coordinate closing and accompany you to closing. 

For a seller, I will do an extensive market analysis, help you price your home, assist you in getting your home ready to sell, market your home, keep in constant contact with you to relay any feedback from showings, inform you of market changes that effect your home, negotiate the sale, assist in all aspects of the closing process, communicate with the escrow company and the buyer's representatives to inform you of the progress and accompany you to closing.
